If something's wrong
If a file won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what was described, email hello@launchlabmktg.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix the problem or issue a refund.
Accidental duplicate purchase
If you were charged twice for the same product, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate.
